Head of partner success unit APJ, remote

We are looking for a passionate and collaborative leader in Australia to join Boyum IT Solutions as Head of APJ and to lead the business in the APJ region. Working closely with the Chief Sales Officer you will take ownership of managing a committed team for fueling our go-to-market efforts and being responsible for driving sales growth, the overall partner relationship, strategic business planning and landing execution across all key priorities.
Responsibilities
The Head of Partner Success Unit (PSU) APJ primary responsibilities are to oversee daily business operations and business development, including:
- Ensuring Partners' and Customers success across the region
- Ensuring the implementation of the global strategy designed to grow the business in the region.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to onboard, enable, and support partners throughout their journey.
- Building and executing the channel partner strategy for the region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets and expand market share within the region.
- Owning and hitting/exceeding budgeted regional EBITDA
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Leading regional PSU teams: sales, presales, support, and consulting.
- Ensuring cross regional collaboration with partners onboarding and enablement initiatives by committing with PSU APJ resources.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for PSU initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Managing the staff and playing a key role in attracting and retaining talent.
- Country Manager operational responsibilities.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a talented individual who has:
- University degree in a business or management-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Teamwork passion.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Located in Australia.
